make a list of things that make you happy. things that can change your feelings in a snap! they could be beautiful memories, spend time with animals, funny moments, people you love, music, books you have read, places you love going and so on…
then, if you get angry or feel down, turn to any of these activities and focus on them. if it doesn’t work, go to another
different things will work at different times, it only takes a moment of changing focus to change how you feel!
